Why do some students consistently fail to clear prelims and some do it without extra ordinary effort

Hi Vinoth.

I'm also a working prof and I'm new to IAS preparation.

Could you please help me organize my time and a study plan so I could be able to achieve my study targets.

I work from 9-5 pm and half day on Saturdays. This is my first attempt.
