you cant make one single template , but mostly constitutional dimsnsions , articles , supreme court judgments , any related laws, or govt schemes should be well substantiated for more marks

For governance part , there is no one specific material . You have to depend on internet like insights website , secure compilations or any other material wherein you get notes on every sub topic .

Wrt bills and acts , refer to prs website for analysis part .

wrrt essay , upsc has three demands:
1) keep close to the topic
2) diverse ideas
3) coherence throughout the essay

Normally, those who write from multiple dimensions and come up with unique examples have better  chance of more score.

After you have addressed the topic sufficiently, bring in counter arguments like questioning the topic, bringing a futuristic dimension to make your essay unique .

Sir how to study law commision reports and make notes out of it.
Plz make a point on how to approach governance part and make notes.

You don't have to study law commission reports , as cost benefit ratio is very less. Just study few reports of second arc as I have already mentioned .

Firstly , make notes on every sub topic of the syllabus .

Them work on collecting facts examples and committee recommendations .

Ok sir I'll do based on ur guidelines sir thank you so much sir

Understanding everything from the class and as well as from Books as well, but while writing answer not able to recal and not able to connect the concepts that i have studied. And also plz suggest if i prepare to write in kannada medium is it good..?

1) In the beginning of preparation ,this is a normal problem . Please revise more , gradually you willl get better hold of the concepts which automatically will help you to understand the demand of the question .And write answers regularly , or atleast put a framework for the answers .

2) That depends on your hold on kannada language . And please talk to people who are preparing in kannada to understand the real challenges in preparation as well as exam .

Language doesn't matter , it is your content and presentation that matters .

Hi sir good evening,
Sir I'm reading but I'm lacking to understand the demand of the question, how to analyze question properly please guide me sir

If you are facing problem related to understanding the demand of the question , then it means you should revise your basics well (get more conceptual clarity ) and answer questions every day regularly ( atleast try to put frameworks for the answer )

Go through few toppers copies, ut will give you a reference .

Most important things you should keep in mind while answering :

1) understand demand of the question

2) identify every sub part and address them separately

3) substantiate wherever possible with relevant facts examples and reports

Sir how to prepare notes for IR part...from current  and statics...

For international relations , if you have made basic notes on each sub topic earlier, or studied issues related to international relations regularly , then depend on any mains revision modules ,that's more than enough . As they mostly ask questions from current affairs perspective .

1) If you have done your basic notes on sub topics of gs syllabus , then I would suggest you to study only international relations , internal security and newly added topics of polity and economy section ( not all topics )

Science technology and environment compilations will not add much value as number of questions are less and nature of questions is also uncertain ..I believe you can manage these questions with basic understanding of what you have studies for prelims .

2) Based on my experience

a) simplicity of answer

b) linking to the demand of the question ( by addressing all sub parts, and reiterating the keywords given in the question )

c) substantiating well with facts examples and reports

And most importantly, bringing the keywords of that respective paper which helps you to score more marks . ( Of course presentation , organising an answer and bringing multiple dimensions too plays an important role )

How to prepare static topics of gs2 and best way to write answers including ARC and on question on bills and Acts.

For lot of static topics of gs 2 , related to constitution and polity , Laxmikant book will help a lot .

For other static topics , prepare notes on all sub topics either from internet like insights website or secure compilations or even other sources .

For bills and acts , refer prs website .They give very good analytical view as well as suggestions .

And then , depend on good revision modules for current affairs based revision .

Hi Sir, can you give an example of a question and how to inculcate ARC recommendations in that particular question?
And also which all ARC reports we have to read ?

For gs 2 , you have to study reports on local governance , e governance and if time permits citizen centric administration ..but study only summary of recommendations , no need to study entire report .

If there is a question on local governance or e governance , quote these recommendations directly in the answer , especially way forward .

You can also use observations of these reports either in introduction or conclusion .
